Price misleading

Paid $2.99 and set it up on my device. When tried to add to my sons device so he could see his chores, was shocked to find out that in order for everyone in the house to use this app you have to pay 2.99 per device in order to get the app downloaded. The free version only supports one child and tells you to upgrade and pay the $2.99 on every device. I find this very sneaky as it was not mentioned in the promotion of the app.
